I typically travel up to 1 hour in any direction from Glenford, Ohio for daily sessions; however, I am open to the opportunity of traveling long distances or even out of state. Traveling fees will apply, but I definitely encourage you to reach out to me so we can discuss the possibilities.
My schedule is ever changing on a weekly basis and ebs-and-flows with the seasons, but I can typically see my clients on my schedule within 1 to 2 weeks.

It truly just depends. If you prefer to be as hands-free as possible, purging/decluttering would need to be completed before I arrive (as I cannot decide which of your items will be kept versus donated). However, you can work with me through each step of the entire process if you so wish. Everyone has their own preferences.
Taking time to declutter before our fist session is absolutely acceptable and will save you money since it will save time on organizing hours. However, purging does seem to be part of the overall process that most of my clients enjoy having my help with; though everyone has different budgets and preferences.

That's what our free consultation is for! It is important to take time to meet each other, learn about your daily life routines in your home, and discuss your overall vision and goals for the space. That's when I can do my best to as I say "guess-timate" how long I predict it will take us to execute your goals.
In some cases, it is definitely easier to "rip off the bandaid" and get through the process as quickly as possible so you can be on your way to a clutter-free home that you feel at ease in. Or maybe in a very short notice, you found out you need to move to a new home and need everything packed up emmediately. I am a solo organizer, but in the event that you are in desperate need of a team, I may be able to hire a few family members if they have the availability. I am always willing to do everything I possibly can to help my clients achieve their vision and goals.
Absolutely! Your personal information is safe with me. I have a confidentiality clause in my client agreement that explains "before and after" photos and/or videos that are taken for marketing purposes are not attached to or affiliated with your name or personal information in any way. I also have the capability of blurring out items in photos (such as family portraits) to protect your privacy in any material I use for marketing purposes.
I am here to help you, not judge you. We live in an extremely fast-paced world and it is next to impossible to "keep up with it all". Yes! Once we're finished, most of my clients feel an overwhelming sense of "I never want to let my home get out of control, ever again!" and there is absolutely no shame if you need a little help here and there maintaining your freshly organized home that you worked so hard for and feel proud of. We can schedule "mini maintenance sessions" periodically or as-needed where I come in for a very brief amount of time and tidy up your home so that you always feel that it is under control.
They absolutely can! Just remember that very young children may slow down our work that you are spending your hard earned money on. I suggest considering a sitter for younger children, but having older children present (especially if we're organizing their rooms—so they can be involved, give their input, and feel a sense of ownership).
